The nearest airports are Perugia (PEG – direct from Stansted), Florence (FLR), then Pisa (PSA) . Relais La Corte dei Papi is just outside the beautiful town of Cortona, about 1–1½ hours from each airport. We recommend hiring a small car — the drive is easy and scenic, and we’ve done it a few times ourselves. If you share your flight details with us, we’ll happily connect you with others arriving around the same time so you can share the journey (and the playlists!).

Highly recommended. It makes exploring nearby villages easy and means you’re not relying on Tuscany’s rare taxis

A return wedding shuttle will run from Cortana to the venue on the day so you don't have to be designated driver or worry about taxis.
But if you do decide to drive there’s plenty of free on-site parking at the villa. Cortona however is a bit trickier! We recommend planning your accommodation with places that come with parking and confirming this ahead of time.

Aim for 3:45 pm – ceremony at 4. Just early enough to find your seats before we say “I do.”
-
A little bit of both! But if it rains don’t panic – we’ll glide inside with our Aperols intact.
-
Hot, sunny and unapologetically Italian – like stepping into a postcard. Bring shades, SPF and a spare shirt if you’re a sweaty dancer 😉
-
Relaxed Mediterranean formal (no ties required). Light colours and pastels encouraged – please avoid olive green, white or black. It will be hot, so lighter fabrics are best
-
By all means bring heels for photos, but toss some flats in your bag – we’d rather see you on the dance floor than stuck in the gravel!

Please RSVP via this website by 1st of April so we can finalise seating and headcount. You can update meal choices or details later if anything changes.
-
Due to ceremony capacity, we're only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Absolutely. Gluten-free, vegan and other allergies will all be happily accommodated – just mention them when you RSVP.
